This workshop explores the intersection of hormonal health and psychological performance, focusing on empowering women to take control of their well-being. We will delve into the importance of understanding hormonal balance and its impact on mental and emotional health, offering practical strategies and insights to enhance personal and professional lives.

In systemic intervention, Recovery Specialists navigate chaos, conflict, and crisis, focusing on creating wellness not just for the individual, but also for families and communities. Effective recovery isn’t about isolating and fixing a person; it’s about transforming the entire system. When the family and environment remain unchanged, relapse is more likely. Our Teen Wellness Programme recognises this and offers a compassionate, non-judgmental space for teens to find the support they need. Engaging the entire family in the recovery process is crucial, as it builds resilience, responsibility, and healthier relationships, fostering long-term, sustainable wellness. Seek help—it’s the first step to healing.

Why talking to a professional counsellor does help.

Take a moment to breathe deeply and connect with the luminous nature of your heart. In the From Head to Heart workshop, we will explore how practices of breathwork, mindfulness, compassion, and loving presence can quiet the busyness of our often critical and controlling inner dialogue. By calming the mind, we can create space to perceive ourselves, others, and life with greater openness and love, fostering a deeper connection with our authentic selves and the world around us.

A workshop on the basics of how counselling can empower everyday people, to support their loved ones through difficult times. Participants will learn how to create a safe space for others, recognise when to listen, and know when it’s time to encourage seeking professional help.
