Welcome to the Community & Mental Health Convention 2024
We are excited to announce the Community & Mental Health Convention (CMC), hosted by UPSIDE and The Family Counselling Centre (TFCC) from 10 – 12 October at King of Kings Baptist Centre in Sun Valley, Cape Town.
This year’s 3-day convention aims to bring together a diverse group of professionals, organisations, and individuals dedicated to promoting mental health awareness in Cape Town communities and invites the public to participate. It will also address critical issues surrounding mental health awareness, destigmatisation, and access to support resources.

Welcome to the Community & Mental Health Convention (CMC), proudly hosted by UPSIDE and The Family Counselling Centre (TFCC).
